For BVG’s central Women’s Assembly and accompanying diversity formats, a complete event concept and project leadership were delivered. Services included workshop design, program and process management, technical coordination, and on-site supervision. External partners were directed across AV, catering, and furniture, ensuring a well-structured and impactful event experience.
