At HafenCity University Hamburg, a major FMI event was realized with full conceptual design and project management. Services covered participant and speaker management, abstract handling and registration systems, IT solutions for communication, AV technology and spatial staging, as well as graphic design, CI, and print. The scope further included exhibitor and sponsor management, coordination of external partners, and on-site direction — ensuring a coherent and high-level experience.
